I have been in the industry since 1993. For 4 years I worked part-time at Real Estate Norton in Oaklandon, Indiana as an Administrative Assistant and for 5 years I worked at Carpenter Realtors in Indianapolis, Indiana as an Administrative and Sales Assistant. I also have my Real Estate license held in their referral company. Additionally, for 5 years I worked at GMAC Mortgage in Indianapolis, Indiana as a Sales Assistant, Processor and Closer. For the last 4 years I worked at Bank of America Home Loans, formerly Countrywide Home Loans, as a Processor, Underwriter, Closer and Mortgage Loan Officer. 

I have extensive knowledge of the entire process from application to closing and in 2010, I joined Stonegate Mortgage Corporation because it gave me the greatest opportunity to deliver the best loan products, rates and services to my customers and business partners.  

A mortgage loan is one of the biggest financial commitments a person will make. I have been fortunate to be able to assist over 2,500 clients navigate the process of financing a home. I am gratified that most of my business comes from referrals from my Realtor partners and past customers. Our team will do everything within our power to see our customers through from application to close. With Stonegate, our customers not only receive our attention during the application to closing process, but will also receive our attention to detail during the servicing of their loans.

I am married to Michael, who is an Indianapolis Fire Department Private, and am a mother of 1, Kimmy.

We do FHA, VA, conventional, Indiana Housing, Rural Housing, and 203k rehab loans.
